The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following work approved under PSDP 2026-27. Time limit three months.

The procurement shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (B-PPRA) Rules. The detailed eligibility criteria, qualification requirements and other mandatory requirements are provided in the Bidding Documents. For procurement of pipesonly manufacturing firms (manufacturers) shall be eligible to participate in the bidding process. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The bidders shall download the Bidding Documents from the B-PPRA website. The prescribed Tender Fee of Rs. 5000/- shall be deposited through Green Challan under the relevant Head of Account, and the original paid Green Challan shall be submitted along with the bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to 4% of the Bid Price issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Procuring Agency. The bids shall be submitted electronically through the B-PPRA e-Procurement System (ePPS) on or before 20-08-2026 at 10:00 PM. The electronic bids shall be opened on 20-08-2026 at 11:00 PM in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti. The bidders or their duly authorized representatives may, if they so desire, remain present at the time of bid opening. Alternatively, bidders are advised to check the status of their bids on the same day after the scheduled bid opening time through the B-PPRA e-Procurement System (ePPS). The original Green Challan and original CDR shall be submitted to the Procuring Agency Any bidder who fails to satisfy any one of the prescribed eligibility criteria specified in the Bidding Documents shall be declared non-eligible during the Eligibility Evaluation Stageand its bid shall not be considered for further evaluation Other terms and conditions are contained in the Bidding Documents.
