The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, ELIGIBILITY: -a. Three Years Relevant Work Experience in PHE Department. b. Turn-Over of at least three years showing financial capacity of the firm. c. The contractor must have registration with tax authorities i.e (NTN Sales tax department and Baluchistan Revenue Authority/BSTS) valid registration with Pakistan Engineering council in relevant category who have deposited enlistment/renewal fee for the year 2026-2027. Tender fee deposited in head of account C0272602 through green challah form original in State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank of Pakistan Quetta Rs, 1500 and 1000 of each work detail given as above. e. The detail of each works are available on B-PPRA website. Method of Procurement: Single stage, one envelop procedure will be adopted. Bidding/Tender documents: Issuance. The tender form/documents will be issued to bidders/contractors on publishing of notice in newspapers upto 31-07-2026 11:00 A.M from the presentation of requisite documents i.e tender fee (Non-refundable). Bid Security/Earnest money 2% in shape of call deposit.

The tenders will be open in presence of all bidders/firms. Submission:- Last date for submission is 31-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M Opening:- The tender will be opened on 31-07-2026 at 12:00 P.M Place of Issuance, submission, inquiry and opening will be:- Address:- office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division jail road near Marker Factory Quetta.
