The Senior Assistant Director Local Government & Rural Development Department Mastung has invited the electronics bids as per Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 Govt of Balochistan from the interested firms/contractors of following work:
The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, BASIC ELIGIBITY: The firms must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), renewed up to date, in the relevant category. C-4 or above, with the applicable specialization code. Valid Registration with Income Tax with active tax payer list ( ATLS) Valid Registration with Income BRA with active tax payer list ( ATLS) Other Mandatory conditions and Detail Marking Criteria mentioned in the Bidding Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. ISSUANCE: The Firms can obtain the bidding Documents from the office of the Senior Assistant Director Local Government & Rural Development Department Mastung upon payment (nonrefundable) bidding document fee Rs. 2500/- mentioned above must be deposited in government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan Form in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP),.(The NIT & Bidding Document can also be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit or Call deposit of 3% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk.Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 3rd September-2026 till 9:00 AM through supplier dashboard.
