Procurements shall be made under B-PPRA Rules 2014 amended up-to-date. Eligibility of Bidders:-The contractor/firm must have registration with Tax authorities i.e. BRA, GST & FBR Sales tax department, valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CE09 who have renovated up to the year, 2026-27. If the contractor's/ firm's representative will participate in the tender then the representative must have the original authority issued by the contractor/firm in his name on judicial stamp paper. Eligibility Criteria :- Minimum Three (03) assignment of value not less than of estimated cost and Turnover of value not less than (70%) of estimated cost & the Contractor has not been blacklisted earlier by any Procurement Agency or private organization. Method of Procurement:- Single stage, Two envelope. Bid Security:- The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit of amount specified above in the name of undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents :-The bidding & BOQ documents can be download from B-PPRA website tender fee (non refundable) (amount mentioned above) through Green Challan C0-2726-2 PHED (Revenue Receipt) deposited in National Bank of Pakistan also submitted BPPRA Challan Issuance of Tender Documents:- Tender forms/documents will be issued to the contractor/firm on publication of Notice on authority Website on presentation of requisite documents. Last date for submission :- The tender should be submitted on 08.09.2026 till 11:00 P.M. Tender Opening :- envelope containing technical bid will be opened on 8th September-2026 at 12:00 PM & 2nd envelope containing financial bid of technically qualified bidder will opened later, financial proposal of technically non-qualified bidders will not be opened and thus will be unopened (In case of public holiday announced by the Government (due to any reason), the tender will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue). Tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
