The Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah... invites sealed rates tenders based on Composite schedule of Rates, 2026, Government of Balochistan from interested Contractor for the works mentioned below:- The Tender fee will be deposit through Green Challan in National Bank of Pakistan under the head of account C0-2725-02.
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME KILLI MEROZAI SAMKHAIL MUSLIM BAGH IN KILLA SAIFULLAH.
Supply & Installation of Solar Machinery & S/O Pipe. TSE-2627101202173
The procurement will be carried out in Accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule 2014. Eligibility: The firm must have registration with, Tax authorities' i.e FBR /Balochistan Revenue Authority Tax Payer & active (NTN & BRA), registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC- for the year 2026-27) in relevant Category and specialized Code is CE09 (Solar), EE11(Solar only) (Solar Energy System) EE11, Firm must have valid Electrical Contractor license. ISO 9001:2015 Certificate. In comtax return of last three year. Firm must attached Dealership certificates as well as purchase documents i.e invoice bill of lading, goods declaration of solar penal. The bidder must have three assignment of similar nature of work (Solar based Pumping /Water Pumping Schemes/Pumping Machinery & Pipe) of last two year from PHE Department to 5.00 million. Firm experience with Government department with satisfactory performance certificate shall be considered. Firm may provide address & contact numbers of the Department for verification of their work order. Three work orders for solar based pumping/Pumping Machinery & Pipe of on-going schemes must be provided. Turn over last three years showing financial capacity of Contractor. Available credit limit line must be amounting to 5.00 million. Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Declaration of non-blacklisting on company letter head by the bidder. The pipe supplier must be manufacturer of pipe.
Method of Procurement: Single stage, one envelope procedure. Bidding / Tender Documents: Issuance:- Tender Contractor documents will be issued from the date of advertisement published in newspaper on presentation of requisite documents i.e Tender Fee (Not-refundable). Bid security/earnest money, valid Engineering Council Certificate in relevant/required category, I/Tax certificate (NTN) etc. Submission: Last date for submission of documents from advertisement published in newspaper up to 23rd October 2026, at 11:00 AM. Opening:- The tenders will be opened on 23rd October 2026, at 12:00 AM Place of Issuance, submission inquires and opening will be: Address: Public Health Engineering, Division Killa Saifullah.
