The Executive Engineer (Roads), Communication & Works (CW), PP&H Department, District Sibi invites bids from eligible contractors for the execution of development works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiatives (BSDI) Phase-III 2026–27, in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Completion of 3 similar assignments
Minimum turnover of 70% of the project amount during the last three years
Credit Line Certificate from a scheduled bank equal to 100% of the contract price
Required affidavits and audit reports as specified in the tender notice
Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency
