The Senior Assistant Director Local Government Rural Development Sibi Invites sealed percentage rate tender based on composite schedule of rates 2026 Government of Baluchistan from interested contractor / firms for the works mentioned below: (PSDP Programe 2026-27).
CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL OF CHRISTEN GRAVEYARD AND SOLAR STREET LIGHTS OF CHRISTEN AND BALMIK AND HINDU COMMUNITIES OF SIBI. (PSDP.No.3602Z2O26. 0219)
REHABILITATION AND ADDITIONAL WORK OF SHANKAR MANDIR AND HOME SOLAR FOR MINORITIES OF SIBI. (PSDP.No.3617Z2O26.3975)
The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. (amendment up to date) Eligibility: The contractor must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering council in relevant category accordingly and discipline, bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature of work in last three years and must be complete the Assignment within scheduled time mentioned in work order earlier & completion certificate with TSE.Number, Audit report of 3 years, Authority Letter on affidavit Attested by oath Commissioner and registration with tax authorities i.e. (NTN & Sales Tax department) where applicable. Method of Procurement: Single stage, Two envelops. Bidding / Tender Documents: Issuance: Tender form / document has issued to original contractor or authorized person from the date of advertisement published in News paper till submission date and time on production of amounting Rs.2000/- (Non-Refundable) as bidding documents charges deposit in shape of Green Challan in the account of Govt Head (4172768757) in National Bank of Pakistan. Bid security / earnest money, valid Engineering council certificate (Original) in required category, income tax certificate (NTN) etc. Submission: Last date for submission of document is 28-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Terms & Conditions: (a) Under following conditions bid will be rejected: - (i) Conditional and telegraphic bids/tender. (ii) Bid not accompanied by bid security of required amount and form. (iii) Bid received after specified date and time. (iv) Black listed firms / contractors. (v) Other term & conditions may be obtained from the Office concerned (b) Bid Validity Period (90) Days. Note: It may be noted that no pay order will be accepted/entertained and firm's complete title / name should be written on the call deposit. (Pay order and Bank Draft will not be acceptable).
