TENDER NOTICE

The Assistant Director Local Govt & Rural Development Department Killa Saifullah invites sealed tenders as per Government of Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 from the interested firms/contractors for the following works:

2 FLOOD PROTECTION WALL/BAND BANDAT SHNA KHWRHA, BANDAT MEERZAI, SHUFF & ADNIAZAI KILLA SAIFULLAH PSDP 2026-27
The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended till date) BASIC ELIGIBILITY: The Firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council who have also submitted the case for renewal (2026-27) in relevant Category, and registration with tax authorities i.e. (FBR and BRA), including similar nature work experience & Turnover Firms (Single Entity) having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the Category C-6 & C-4 (for serial 1 & 2 respectively) or above along with relevant specialization codes. Valid Registration with Income Tax with active tax payer list Valid Registration with BRA with active tax payer list The bid proposals in respect of serial no.1 shall be sequentially page-numbered, duly signed, stamped, and properly hard-bound and irrelevant documents shall result in disqualification. PROCUREMENT: Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. ISSUANCE: The Firms can obtain the bidding Documents from the office of the Assistant Director Local Govt & Rural Development District Killa Saifullah upon payment (nonrefundable) of bidding documents fee each Rs. 1000/- deposited in A/c title: AD Local Govt District Killa Saifullah, A/c No. 1061004078852272 in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). (The NIT & Bidding Document can also be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 2% & 3% (for serial 1 & 2 respectively) specified in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Documents can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. Last Date of bid submission: E-Bids can only be submitted electronically latest by 28th October, 2026 till 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard and manual bids can only be submitted latest by 28th October, 2026 till 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned.
