The EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, PHE DIVISION KALAT Invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of following works for the Year, 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2026 on Percentage Rates.
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turnover of at least 95,29,025 PKR Amount for S#1 to 15 & 81,54,125 PKR Amount for S# 16 in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. Payment Challan of each Engineer of the last year Bachelor degree with PEC Registered and Tax payment Challan Quality Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 of PNAC, ISO 45001:2018 of PNAC, ISO 22000:2018 of IAS-PCA Accreditation of Concern PINAC Body and Fresh Order Report of PNAC Body. Photo Voltaic Module (Certification) Firms having certification of IEC: 61215 & 2005 & IEC: 61730-2 from any international Certified Laboratory (TUV/VDE) Certificates. Registration/ Certification under Category C-1 of AEDB (Certification) Regulation, 2021. Procedure of Procurement: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the under-signed 2000 PKR for Drilling Works & 1000 PKR for Civil Work through green chalan on a/c of Tender documents Fee C02726-others. Issuance of tender Documents: From the date of publication of NIT during office hours on working days Last Date of bid submission: The Tenders must be submitted latest by 18 September, 2026 till 10:00 AM.
