The Executive Engineer Building, CWPP&H Department District Lasbela invites sealed tender based on composite schedule of rates, 2026 GOB from interested contractors/firms for the work listed below.
CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN BOUNDARY WALL AT DISTRICT OFFICE COMPLEX UTHAL i.e DC OFFICE, JUDICIAL COMPLEX, SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICE COMPLEX AND PERSECUTION SERVICE COMPLEX BSDI Phase 3, TSE-2627091197463
. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List, The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required, The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work, Turnover of at least 34,825,374 PKR Amount in1 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works). Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and Green Challan Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee, Deposit at Call of 4 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 06 October, 2026 till 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard.
