The Executive Engineer (Building) District Musakhail invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of following works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 3,394,172 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm The Bidder Must Have Completed 3 similar assignment of work Minimum Amounting to Rs 1.5 million each In Last two Years from the date of bid opening For manual bid submissions where the business owner is unable to be present, the individual submitting the bid must hold a valid Power of Attorney executed via a notarized affidavit from the owner." for this specific bid The Bidder Must Submit 3% of Bid Security in Shape of CDR or Bank Guranttee The Bidder Must Submit Rs 1500 in Account of Executive Engineer Building C02706 Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee, Deposit at Call of 3% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
