The EXECUTIVE ENGINEER BUILDING DERA BUGTI invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of following works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates
1 CONSTRUCTION OF TEHSILDAR OFFICE AND RESIDENCE OF TEHSIL NABI DAD SHAHEED AT UPPER DERABUGTI
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 2 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 33,793,103 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Bid Security 2% of the Estimated Cost Tender Document Fee Rs.2000 in account of C-02716 The Bidder must not have any pending litigation or court cases related to contractual disputes, fraud, corruption, or other serious offenses. The Bidder must not have been involved in any contract breach or termination Completed at Least 02 Projects of Similar Nature and complexity projects Cost 60% or above under taken in last 05 Years Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee, Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 12 November, 2026till 12:00 PM through supplier dashboard.
